We are now looking for summer substitutes for Strandbacken's kitchen, where you will have the chance to contribute to an important operation that serves nutritious and tasty meals to our elderly.

The Workplace

Welcome to our kitchen operation where we strive to deliver high-quality meals with a personal touch. Strandbacken's kitchen prepares about 450 portions daily, of which approximately 65 portions are sent out.

Here, we work in a team that values collaboration and creativity, and we are now looking for summer substitutes to strengthen our operations during the summer. We offer a stimulating workplace where independence and service mindset are keys to success.

The Role and Responsibilities

As a summer substitute, you will work with a variety of tasks, such as preparing ingredients, cooking, and ensuring that the kitchen is kept orderly and clean. The work involves cooking good and nutritious food tailored for the elderly.

Your work will include:

• Preparation and cooking of meals according to our recipes and standards.
• Ensuring that the kitchen environment is clean and organized, in accordance with applicable health regulations and safety guidelines.
• Contributing to creating a positive and service-oriented atmosphere.
• Working independently but also collaborating effectively with other employees.
• Participating in inventory and handling of kitchen supplies to ensure we always have everything we need to deliver excellent meals.
• Dishes and cleaning.
• Other kitchen tasks as needed.

The work involves scheduled working hours with some weekend duties.

Your Profile

To work in the kitchen operation, you must be at least 18 years old. It is an advantage if you have training in large-scale cooking or chef training as well as experience in similar work. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

We are looking for people who are structured and can plan tasks efficiently. Creativity is also a great asset in our kitchen, and we encourage ideas that can improve both work processes and meals. Employment

Temporary employment. Hourly wage. Start date according to agreement.

The holiday periods are:

• Period 1 = 15/6-12/7
• Period 2 = 13/7-9/8
